Gavin Burseth

Originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, I graduated from Coastal Carolina University and decided to make the Grand Strand my home. Living here gives me firsthand knowledge of the area’s communities, lifestyle, beaches, golf courses, and hidden gems that I love sharing with my clients.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy surfing, traveling, scuba diving, fitness, and exploring everything the Carolina coast has to offer. I also create educational content to help people learn what it’s really like to live in the Myrtle Beach area.
