Paige Powers

Originally from Northern Virginia, Paige Powers made Myrtle Beach home after moving to the area to attend Coastal Carolina University. Having spent summers here with her grandparents, she built a lasting connection to the coast and the community long before settling in full time.

With a background in sales and marketing, Paige brings strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-first approach to every transaction. She is passionate about helping people navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, making each step feel clear, informed, and manageable. Her focus is on building genuine relationships and creating an experience that feels personal from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their daughter Kennedy. Whether exploring the outdoors, traveling, or simply enjoying family time together, she values the connections and experiences that make life meaningful—something she brings into the way she works with every client.
